At KMG Academy, we believe that follow-up is the key to success. Our learning supervisor constantly runs performance assessments of the training process based on a set of pre-and-post assessments. In addition, our trainers perform group and individual evaluations to track the performance of each trainee. Full reports are sent to institutions and organizations to help assess their trainees effectively.
